Inner Peace herbal tea
Ingredients: peppermint, blackberry leaves, lemon grass, chamomile, lavender flowers, rose petals, orange blossom.
Soothing, aromatic, fresh
This harmonious, caffeine-free blend contains chamomile, lavender and peppermint.
Ideal preparation:
Infuse for 5 minutes in freshly boiled water. For a stronger taste, extend the infusion time.
Use 1 heaped teaspoon per 250 ml.
Iced tea: Use 2 heaped teaspoons (or 1 golden scoop) per 250 ml and pour over ice when cold.
Cold tea: Use 2 heaped teaspoons (or 1 golden scoop) per 250 ml and infuse in cold water while cooling for 4-8 hours.
Remove the tea leaves after the recommended infusion time and enjoy the tea.
