Amaryllis is a flower with beautiful large, funnel-shaped flowers that are coloured red, pink, white or brindle. The origin of this bulbous plant is South America, the bulbs are poisonous and induce vomiting. Amaryllis is popular in the winter months as a Christmas cut flower for the vase or in Christmas bouquets, and is available in our online cut flower range in late November and December.
