Characteristics:
Masso Antico Primitivo Salento Rosato is crafted from carefully grown grapes in the Apulia region. Gentle pressing and a short maceration on the skins (around 2 hours) give the wine its signature elegant pink color. Fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature of 14–16 °C for 10 days.
