Is a registration required when I want to place an order?
No, it is not. You may also place one-time order.
If the order won´t let me continue, does it means that you don´t deliver to given place?
If this occurs, please contact us on our online chat or on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to deliver at your desired place.
Do you contact a customer in advance when delivering flowers?
If the customer doesn´t want us to, we don´t call in advance. We only make a phone call in advance when delivering flowers to a place, where there is no door bell, no contact name etc.
How does the flower handover look like?
A professional, reliable courier hands the flower or gift box over and receives a signature from the recipient.
Is a payment via a payment/credit card safe?
You do not need to worry, it is safe. Communication with a bank takes place outside our web page and it is secured by the highest level of authorization.
Can I order one piece of a flower?
If indicated so in the description of selected flower, you can order just one piece of flower.
Is there a possibility of an anonymous delivery of a bouquet?
Yes, it is, just remember please, that you need to let us know about this fact when placing your order. We never disclose the name of the customer. We consider this discreet.
I have ordered a gift box, when the recipient is not to be reached, is it possible to deliver it again?
Yes, it is. Please keep in mind that you will be asked to pay for extra transport so that the gift box can be delivered again.
Are flowers fresh, how long will they stay fresh?
Our flowers are always fresh. We don´t store them in cooling boxes. We have the flowers imported 3 times a week. Before putting your flowers in a vase, make sure to shorten their stems and change the water every day. After doing so you have a guarantee that flowers will last long and will stay beautiful.
Do you send confirmation when flowers are delivered?
Yes, we do. When the flowers or gift are delivered, customer receives a delivery confirmation.
How does the courier advance, when a recipient is not present?
Firstly, we contact you as a customer to see if there is any possibility to hand over the flowers to someone else (a colleague in the office, neighbours, family etc). If the numbers stated in an order (recipient, customer) won´t answer our call, we send an email and wait for further instructions. It is possible to agree on individual delivery at a specified time?
Yes, there is a possibility to arrange a delivery at a specified time. Please make sure to give us detailed instructions for your delivery when placing your order (e.g. delivery in front of a theatre, cinema, restaurant etc.)
Could you deliver a funeral wreath directly to a funeral hall?
Yes, we are able to take care of this kind of delivery as well. We will also pay the fee for placing flowers or wreaths in the funeral hall for you.
Is it possible to deliver flowers at the weekend?
Yes, it is, however for a weekend or a public holiday delivery, make sure to place your order by 5:30 PM of last working day before the weekend or public holiday.
I don´t know the address of a recipient. Will you deliver the order even in this case?
If you know the recipient’s telephone number, we are able to deliver the flower for you. As the next step our courier will contact the recipient informing her/him of a consignment delivery. They will then arrange place and time of the delivery.
Is the online order in your e-shop the only way to order your flowers?
You can also make your order in our shop - at Za Strašnickou vozovnou 6, Prague 10. Our florists are available here from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM. We accept credit cards in our shop. If you prefer special arrangement and did not like anything on our webpage, contact us on + 420 605 295 636 and we will try our best to arrange bouquet you will love.
How much will the transport cost?
You can find the pricelist of transport on our website http://kvetinyexpres.cz/rozvoz-kvetin-kytic-cr . Please note that the free delivery is only applicable when the order exceeds 1000 CZK and stands for a working day delivery only.
If I make order right now, can you deliver my flower today?
Yes, we can, if you complete your order on working day by 5:30 PM, we will deliver your flower on the same day. Some of our partner cities, apart from Prague, require placing orders by 4 PM. If this is your case, please contact us on telephone + 420 605 295 636.
I need to deliver flowers, unfortunately I don´t have any other option but to pay by cash on delivery in the same city, but at a different address. Is it possible?
Yes, it is. Remember however, that the price of your order will be increased by the extra transport costs. Our courier needs to reach you firstly, so that you can pay for the order, and only then delivers the flower to the recipient.

I need to attach a longer message. Could you print it out and put into an envelope?
Of course we can and we will gladly do it for you.
What happens if I order a bouquet and some of the flowers contained in it are not available?
In such a case, our florist will contact you via email and telephone and will offer you substitutes. Together you will agree on further steps.
I want you to deliver only candies or chocolate to my girlfriend. Is this possible?
