Q: Do I have to register to purchase? A: No, you don't. You can easily place a one-time order. Creating an account does offer benefits:

Flowers and Add-ons

Q: Are your flowers fresh? A: Yes, freshness is our priority. We guarantee the highest A1 quality and source flowers 3x a week directly from the auction. (You can find tips on caring for cut flowers in our blog).

Q: What if the flowers from my ordered bouquet are out of stock? A: In such an exceptional case, our operator will contact you immediately to arrange the best possible substitute of equal or higher quality.

Q: What does the greeting card look like, and can I send a longer message? A: We include an elegant card for your message with every bouquet. If the message is longer, we will gladly print it on a separate paper and place it in an envelope.

Q: Is it possible to deliver only pralines or a gift basket? A: Yes, separate delivery of this assortment is possible within Prague (by our Airway couriers) or nationwide via EMS courier. View our selection of pralines and gift baskets.

Delivery: When, Where, and How?

Q: Do you deliver flowers throughout the Czech Republic? A: Yes, we deliver to all postal codes in the Czech Republic, either through a network of partner florists or via EMS courier.

Q: How much does flower delivery cost? A: You can find the complete price list for flower delivery here. Free delivery for orders over 1000 CZK applies to delivery in Prague on weekdays.

Q: Can you deliver the bouquet today? A: Yes, in Prague, we guarantee it. Thanks to our own fleet of Airway couriers, we can deliver in Prague the same day (when ordered by 17:00). We can often manage this in cities like Brno, Ostrava, Plzeň, etc. (order by 16:00).

Q: Is delivery possible on weekends or holidays? A: Yes, for weekend or holiday delivery, the order must be placed by 17:00 on the last working day prior.

Q: What happens if the recipient is not available? A: First, we contact you (the sender) to find a solution (e.g., leave with a neighbor, at reception). Re-delivery is subject to a fee.

Q: Do you contact the recipient beforehand? A: Not usually, so we don't spoil the surprise.

Q: Do you send a delivery confirmation? A: Yes, as soon as the bouquet is delivered, you will receive a confirmation email.

Payment and Security

Q: Is online card payment secure? A: Yes, absolutely. It takes place on your bank's secure payment gateway.

Q: Can I pay the courier at a different address? A: Yes, within Prague, this is possible. The service is charged an additional fee for the extra delivery trip.
