Categories of wine Prosecco and wines we offer from the family winery Sedlak, red wines from both France and Italy, sparkling Italian wines Prosecco and French Crémants and genuine Champagne. Moravian family winery Sedlak is a small winery that has been farmed by 4 generations of winemakers, our favorites include Savignon, Riesling, Pinot Gris and Veltliner, all late harvest wines. The Italian red wines we love are the Casali del Barone Barbera, and our favourite proseccos are San Simone, Cavativa and Mionetto. For real Champagne your favourite is Moët & Chandon Brut Imperial.
