This prosecco comes from the winery’s own vineyards in Valdobbiadene, a region listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, renowned for producing the highest-quality Glera grapes.
The grapes are hand-harvested into small crates and gently pressed to preserve freshness and aroma.
Fermentation takes place using the long Charmat method – six months of slow fermentation and aging on fine lees, which are regularly stirred to achieve a creamy texture and rich depth of flavor.
The result is an elegant Prosecco with a bright straw-yellow color, fine, persistent bubbles, and delicate aromas of white flowers, fresh fruit, and subtle bread crust.
The taste is fresh, fruity, and well-balanced, with a long, velvety finish.
