How Do Flowers Travel? (Wet vs. Dry)
For flowers to reach you in perfect condition, every hour counts. There are two main shipping methods:

Dry (In boxes): Most hardy flowers (such as carnations or some roses) travel cold and dormant, packed in boxes. This lets more of them fit on a plane, which lowers the price.

Wet (In buckets or water ampoules): More delicate varieties like gerberas, orchids, or hydrangeas wouldn't survive the journey without water. So they travel in special buckets filled with water, or each stem gets its own individual water ampoule.

The price of quality: This method is more expensive (the flowers are heavier and take up more space), but it ensures the flower doesn't suffer shock and lasts longer once it's home with you.
