How does delivery work?

We process your order right away and deliver your bouquet within 120 minutes. If you are not in a rush, choose one of three time windows (9am–1pm, 1pm–5pm or 5pm–8pm) and we will arrive exactly when it suits you. Delivery is always free on orders over 1,000 CZK.

Track your delivery in real time

Our couriers use a mobile app that updates the moment they pick up your order from the shop. As soon as we hand over the bouquet in Prague 1, the status changes to “Delivered” in the app – so you know for sure the gift arrived safely, even if you were not there to see it.
