We value our regular customers, so we've prepared a loyalty program for you. For every purchase, we'll reward you with credits that you can easily and quickly use to pay for your future orders. It's simple:

How does the program work?
1. How do I earn credits? You automatically earn credits for every purchase of goods marked as part of the loyalty program. Once your order is successfully paid, the credits are automatically added to your account for your next purchase.

Important: Credits are only added if you shop as a registered, logged-in customer.
2. How do I use my credits? Choose a flower, bouquet, or any other item from our offer. In your shopping cart, you'll find a "Redeem credits" field, where you simply enter the number of credits you'd like to use. The total order price is immediately reduced by that amount.
3. How do I check my credit balance? You can see your current credit balance after logging into your customer account, right next to an overview of your recent orders.
