A wedding is a major step in a couple's life. Flowers are an important part of this day, and it's certainly not something to underestimate.

5 Months Before the Wedding

Reach out to florists and have them put together a wedding flower budget. Contact several florists and get preliminary quotes. Make sure you have a clear idea of which types of wedding bouquets and flowers you like, and what your budget is.

4 Months Before the Wedding

Once you have all the quotes, contact your chosen florist and schedule a meeting to discuss the options for wedding flowers. It's a good idea to book this date, since wedding season books up fast. We always prefer an in-person visit with the future newlyweds. During the meeting, we'll get to know the bride and groom. We'll form a picture of what they like, colors, and so on. You'll go through our wedding catalog or wedding Pinterest, which is full of beautiful styles. Here we'll also nail down your vision and the quantity of flowers needed. For a larger wedding, we always prefer to meet on location.

2–3 Months Before the Wedding

Wedding flowers: finish and finalize the wedding flowers and agree on the final price of the order. Make sure you haven't missed anything. If the newlyweds wish, it's also possible to visit the venue again together with our florists from KvětinyExpres.cz and go through everything once more on-site.

1 Month Before the Wedding

Review the flowers and the option to report any last-minute changes to your order. Finalize the ribbons and the wedding color scheme. Check all the flowers ordered — for the mothers, grandmothers, maids of honor, the wedding arch, small vases, and so on. Deposit for the wedding flowers.

1–2 Days Before the Wedding

Confirm the delivery location and specify who will receive the flowers on-site. Don't give out your own or your spouse's phone number — this is your big wedding day, so leave the handover to, for example, a maid of honor or a member of the venue staff. If our florists are handling the on-site setup, everything goes through us, and we take care of it ourselves on location.
